One of those is the famous dry mango pickle also known as maagaya / magai / magaya pachadi in Telugu whereas called dry aam ka achar in Hindi. The maagaya pachadi is manufactured by using sun-dried pieces of pickled mango, which provide a unique flavor to the dry mango pickle.
